March Madness is Upon Us! by Karen Salkin
March Madness college basketball tournament is one of my favorite events of each year! There are always so many exciting games in the tourney - a lot of them even come down to the final shot, which is uber exciting. But it can all be very stressful for the hometown fans. So I suggest that we all wear our ClearClub night guards, during our waking hours this time, while we're watching the games, to prevent us from biting our nails when the games get down to the wire!

St. Patty's Day by Karen Salkin
In less than a week, the only “holiday” in March will be here, and a fun one it is! Yes, St. Patrick's Day is on March 17th, so I'm giving you this notice to get all your green gear in order right now. In case you didn't know the legend, if you neglect to rock at least a wee bit of that shamrock color that day, you're liable to get...pinched! -
It's My Birthday! By Karen Salkin
How lucky am I to have my birthday fall on my blog post day? So I get to celebrate myself along with my ClearClub night guard! Yay.
As much as I love my bday, it always seems to be accompanied by a lot of stress. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who experiences that.) First of all, I drive myself crazy over whether or not to have a party. If that answer is yes, then I ruminate over just whom to invite, where to throw it, what the theme should be, what to serve, what to do about music, etc. You know the drill. It's crazy!

Checking On Our Health by Karen Salkin
HAPPY NEW YEAR, CLEARCLUBBERS!
I hope that you've all had a wonderful first week of 2022.
Now let's all get the new year off to a great start by checking on our health, right off the bat. This is the time to schedule all of our doctor and dentist check-ups. All too often many of us procrastinate in this area, (I'm raising my own hand,) and then panic when it gets later in the year. So I suggest we all do it right now.

This past very-trying year has finally come to an end, and things are looking up. The world is finally getting back to at least a semblance of normalcy, but there's still a lot we each can do to help our own health and happiness. And luck. -
Christmas Eve by Karen Salkin
Even though we've just finally arrived at Christmas Eve, if your mind is always working, as mine is, this is also the time to think ahead to New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day. After all, those two holidays are just a week away!
In January, I’ll have some tips for you to have a successful year, in general. But meanwhile, here's an idea for your New Year's festivities. I'm telling you about it now because it will most likely take a tad of planning. Not much, but hard to do on the fly.

Taking Care Of Your Skin by Karen Salkin
As I'm sure so many of you are, as well, I'm so into skin care these days. I want to fully foray back out into the world looking and feeling my best.
And these winter months can be extra-hard on our faces. Besides the drying effects of the weather, we also have more holidays events than usual, which can mean that some of us may wear more face make-up in these four or five weeks than we do the rest of the year!!! So we have to be extra vigilant right now in our skincare routines.
