How To Do April Fool's Day by Karen Salkin
April Fool’s Day is actually my favorite day of the year, and I’m always amazed that so many people either don’t pull pranks at all or do them the wrong way. So I'm here to explain how to do April Fool's jokes correctly.
But first, realize that either way, there's stress involved. So you may want to be rocking your ClearClub dental guards all day, whether you'll be pulling the pranks yourself or are worried that others will be out to get you today. They'll absorb all that grinding and clenching that you're sure to be experiencing.

The Merits of Solitaire by Karen Salkin
As I'm sure you're aware by now, the purpose of our ClearClub night guards is to absorb some of the day-to-day stress that we all experience, especially while we're sleeping.
Nothing will work better than those to help with all that, but I have found that during waking hours, occasionally indulging in mindless individual games, like uber-easy Solitaire, (as opposed to using-your-brain games like Word Cube,) can quiet my mind and calm my stress a bit.

March Madness is Upon Us! by Karen Salkin
March Madness college basketball tournament is one of my favorite events of each year! There are always so many exciting games in the tourney - a lot of them even come down to the final shot, which is uber exciting. But it can all be very stressful for the hometown fans. So I suggest that we all wear our ClearClub night guards, during our waking hours this time, while we're watching the games, to prevent us from biting our nails when the games get down to the wire!

My Crazy Food and Beverage Rules by Karen Salkin
I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has a few crazy food rules. And even after all these years, Mr. X still can’t keep mine straight. They all seem so self-evident to me, although obviously not to everyone else. But my one non-crazy rule is to make sure I pop in my ClearClub night guard after consuming, (or not), all this food and drink. (And brushing my teeth, of course.) After all, dental health is of the utmost importance at all times. And clenching our teeth without the guards on can lead to so many more problems.

Tips To Getting A Good Night's Sleep by Karen Salkin
At the beginning of each year, we all tend to evaluate how we’re doing every little thing in our lives. And one major complaint that I always hear, and see on social media, is that nobody seems to be able to get a good night’s sleep anymore, especially in the last two years.
So after speaking to a few experts on the subject, and doing tons of my own research, and trying out every tip I’ve come upon, I’ve broken it down to these top tips to help you sleep a bit better. If you're in the category of insomniac, as soooo many of us are, I hope that at least one of them helps you.

Let's Celebrate Dry January (And Our Health) By Cutting Out The Happy Drinking Memes by Karen Salkin
I recently read an account of a young woman losing some teeth because of her drinking, and I immediately thought of how her mouth most likely would have been saved if she had used our ClearClub night guards to deal with her stress instead of turning to booze. -

It's My Birthday! By Karen Salkin
How lucky am I to have my birthday fall on my blog post day? So I get to celebrate myself along with my ClearClub night guard! Yay.
As much as I love my bday, it always seems to be accompanied by a lot of stress. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who experiences that.) First of all, I drive myself crazy over whether or not to have a party. If that answer is yes, then I ruminate over just whom to invite, where to throw it, what the theme should be, what to serve, what to do about music, etc. You know the drill. It's crazy!

Checking On Our Health by Karen Salkin
HAPPY NEW YEAR, CLEARCLUBBERS!
I hope that you've all had a wonderful first week of 2022.
Now let's all get the new year off to a great start by checking on our health, right off the bat. This is the time to schedule all of our doctor and dentist check-ups. All too often many of us procrastinate in this area, (I'm raising my own hand,) and then panic when it gets later in the year. So I suggest we all do it right now.

This past very-trying year has finally come to an end, and things are looking up. The world is finally getting back to at least a semblance of normalcy, but there's still a lot we each can do to help our own health and happiness. And luck. -

Taking Care Of Your Skin by Karen Salkin
As I'm sure so many of you are, as well, I'm so into skin care these days. I want to fully foray back out into the world looking and feeling my best.
And these winter months can be extra-hard on our faces. Besides the drying effects of the weather, we also have more holidays events than usual, which can mean that some of us may wear more face make-up in these four or five weeks than we do the rest of the year!!! So we have to be extra vigilant right now in our skincare routines.
