But first, realize that either way, there's stress involved. So you may want to be rocking your ClearClub dental guards all day, whether you'll be pulling the pranks yourself or are worried that others will be out to get you today. They'll absorb all that grinding and clenching that you're sure to be experiencing.

The Merits of Solitaire by Karen Salkin
As I'm sure you're aware by now, the purpose of our ClearClub night guards is to absorb some of the day-to-day stress that we all experience, especially while we're sleeping.
Nothing will work better than those to help with all that, but I have found that during waking hours, occasionally indulging in mindless individual games, like uber-easy Solitaire, (as opposed to using-your-brain games like Word Cube,) can quiet my mind and calm my stress a bit.

Despite many of our best efforts, the world is still a crazy place, even at this late date. We can all do certain things in the health category to mitigate our almost-daily stress, (like wearing our ClearClub night guards for when we're clenching and grinding our teeth, which can lead to all kinds of issues, such as frequent headaches,) but we also need to step-up our “joy” game.
