Referral Program Terms of Service

 This document ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Responsibility to Stay Informed

As a participant in the Program, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically and stay informed about any changes. Insufficient knowledge of these terms and conditions will not serve as a valid excuse for any violations. We are not obligated to provide a personal notification for each modification to these terms.

3. Unacceptable Practices

The following practices are not allowed under the Program:

1. Self-Referrals: Participants cannot refer themselves. Any attempt to create multiple accounts or aliases to benefit from the referral program is strictly prohibited.
2. Coupon Sharing Websites/Browser Extensions: Participants are prohibited from sharing their referral links or coupons on any platforms dedicated to coupon sharing or discount aggregation. This includes, but is not limited to, websites such as RetailMeNot and browser extensions like Honey. The policy extends to any similar services or platforms that facilitate the mass distribution of referral links or discount codes.
3. Public Forums: Sharing referral links or coupons on public forums such as "Reddit" or "Quora" is not allowed.

In case of any violation of the above practices, we reserve the right to disqualify the referrals, cancel any earned rewards, and terminate your participation in the Program.

 

4. Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect outstanding referral links, which may no longer confer benefits if the Program has been modified or discontinued.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the Program, including any damages resulting from your participation or inability to participate in the Program.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service, any misuse of the Program, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location of our headquarters, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
