Return and Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations.

Bruxa offers returns and refunds for, and cancellation of, Buyer’s Order in accordance with any express representations made on the Online Store. The foregoing policy states the entire liability and obligations of Bruxa, and the exclusive remedies available to Buyer, with respect to any returns or refunds for, and cancellations of, Buyer’s Order shall be, at Bruxa’s option, (i) to replace the Product; or (ii) to refund Buyer the amount paid for such Product (less shipping and handling costs) for unused impression kits. Return postage is not included. Impression kit must be completed and returned to ClearClub within 60 days of purchase or refund policy is void. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your dental guard at any point within 60 days of placing your order, a refund (what you paid, after discounts and excluding shipping & handling) will be issued upon your request. You will return your dental guard to our dental lab facility and once we receive and process the returned package, the refund will be issued. Refunds are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the returned package.
